What is not Included

Content Creation
Clients are responsible for providing the content that goes in the site. Our developers rely on completed content to put into the site and do not write new content.

Graphic Design
We do not come with additional graphic design work. Additional work is available. Your Project Manager can provide you with rates and an estimate.

SEO
All sites include 1 or 2 hours of SEO Consulting (depending on package). Small Business websites are built with SEO best practices in mind, but do not include ongoing SEO work.

It includes the number of pages that will be built (based on available content) by Sutor Digital for launch. An unlimited number of pages can be added by the client through WordPress (CMS).

Yes, though it is not recommended. All packages give you the ability to easily add pages yourself through the website builder but the smaller packages may be lacking functionality you want (such as a blog). If you have a 30 page site and get a package with 5 included pages, we will create just 5 of those pages and it will be on you to create the remaining 25 pages.

Each package comes with a set amount of included pages that we will launch with. After launch, you are able to go into the site and add as many pages as you’d like.

We use Siteground to host our websites due to their stable, secure and super fast hosting service.

Yes, you can create up to 10 email accounts with your own domain and check your email from anywhere with our friendly webmail portal. We’ve added SpamExperts to protect you from SPAM.

Our package only include 1 domain name up to HK$99/yr, if your domain name exceeds this price, we shall charge the price difference.

Yes you can. We will need the login information to your provider in order to move your site from your old hosting to our hosting.

Each package includes 1 revision per month. Each time we receive a change, we treat it as up to an hour of work in one session. If the change request will exceed the allotted time in your monthly plan, we will let you know. Our hourly web development rate outside of what is included is HK$500/hr.

You have access to edit any content across your site, add new pages, change images, etc. If you require more than the included monthly updates, our hourly rate for web development is HK$500/hr.

No, monthly updates do not rollover if unused.

Yes, you will own the site and you can edit the content freely.

Yes. All sites come with SEO functionality built in. Also, each site will include at least 1 hour of SEO consulting. This can include redirects, Keyword Research, Titles and Descriptions for your new site.
